FAQs
How Can I Book My Classes?
Download the Casa Pilates app from the app store—it's designed specifically for us and makes booking a breeze.
Alternative: Already using the MOMENce app for other studios? You'll find Casa Pilates listed there too.
Both apps will connect you to our schedule where you can reserve your spot in our intimate classes.
I've Booked My First Class! What Do I Have to Bring?
We're excited to welcome you! Wear comfortable, flexible activewear that allows free movement—fitted clothing works best to avoid catching on the reformer. Bring a water bottle, grippy socks (available for purchase if needed), and a small towel. We provide filtered water and a change room for your convenience.
I'm New to Reformer Pilates. Where Do I Start?
Welcome! We're so glad you're here.
Starting your pilates journey is exciting, and we're here to make sure you feel confident from day one. Here's what we recommend:
Start with our $59 intro offer—four classes over two weeks. This gives you time to try different teachers, get familiar with the reformer, and see what clicks for you.
For your first class: Book a 1:1 or 2:1 session if you want extra guidance and confidence-building, or wait for Casa Fundamentals (launching July 2025) to learn alongside other beginners in a group setting.
When you arrive: Come 10 minutes early, let us know it's your first time, and we'll take care of the rest. Michelle and the team always check in about any injuries or what you need to feel safe and supported.
Questions? Just reach out—we're here to help you find your perfect starting point.
How Many Classes Should I Be Doing Per Week?
Your practice is uniquely yours, and we're here to support your rhythm. Start with 2-3 classes per week if you're new, gradually increasing as you gain confidence—regularity can enhance your results. Choose from Class Packs (ideal for varied schedules like travellers) or Memberships ($55 for 2 classes/week, $72 for 3, or $82 unlimited) to fit your lifestyle. Listen to your body; we can adjust settings or reschedule to keep you moving safely.
I'm Pregnant or Have an Injury. Can I Still Join Classes?
Yes, we welcome you! For pregnancy, please contact us before your first class to discuss your needs—safety measures are in place, and a doctor's approval is required. For injuries or recent surgery, inform us beforehand; medical clearance may be needed, and our instructors will adapt the session. Consider starting with a 1:1 session for extra care and attention. Read and sign our Liability Waiver before your first class, and reach out if you're unsure.
How Long Are Classes?
All Casa Pilates classes are 50 minutes, starting promptly at the listed times (on the hour or 30-minute mark), including weekends. This duration is designed to offer a focused, effective session to nurture your practice.
Are Classes Suitable for All Ages?
Absolutely. Casa Pilates welcomes all ages and gender identities. If you need support or feel uncertain, our instructors are happy to assist. We recommend starting with a 1:1 session or joining A Casa Fundamentals CLASS for your first group experience.
What Should I Wear?
Comfort is key! Wear fitted activewear to move freely and avoid snags on the reformer—loose clothing can be a distraction. Grippy socks are essential for safety (available for purchase), and bring a water bottle and small towel. Choose something that feels good as you move!
What Is CASA’S Pilates Style?

What If I'm Running Late for Class?
We understand parking AND traffic can be challenging. However, if the door is locked when you arrive, you'll have missed the session, and a no-show fee will apply. We close the door at the start time to ensure safety and a smooth class experience. plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
